Lungora Ingredients: Complete Breakdown

By The Lungora Team · Updated September 2026

Our formula contains six ingredients. Only Magnesium Glycinate has a disclosed dose (80mg). Individual doses for the other five are not published on the label. Here is what each ingredient does.

Turmeric Extract

Contains curcuminoids, potent polyphenol antioxidants with documented anti-inflammatory properties. Research supports its role in managing oxidative stress and supporting cellular health. Interacts with blood-thinning medications.

Coenzyme Q10

Essential for mitochondrial ATP production. Supports heart health and cellular energy. Natural levels decline with age. Also interacts with blood thinners and may reduce effectiveness of some blood pressure medications.

Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA)

A dual-environment antioxidant that works in both water- and fat-soluble cellular compartments. Supports nerve health and blood sugar regulation. Caution: can lower blood sugar — important for diabetics on medication.

Butcher’s Broom Root

Traditional circulatory herb (Ruscus aculeatus). Supports venous tone and peripheral blood flow. Caution: a vasoconstrictor that may raise blood pressure. Not suitable for individuals with hypertension.

L-Carnitine

An amino acid derivative that shuttles fatty acids into mitochondria for energy production. Supports exercise recovery and cellular energy. May interact with thyroid medication and blood thinners.

Magnesium Glycinate (80mg)

The only ingredient with a disclosed dose. Glycinate form chosen for absorption and gentle tolerability. Supports muscle relaxation, nerve function and enzymatic activity. Caution: use with care if you have kidney disease.
